1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Abomos Ltd ("Abomos", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using our AI tutoring platform and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Description of Service
Abomos provides an AI-powered tutoring platform that offers personalised educational content and explanations. Our Service includes:
- AI-generated tutoring sessions via text and voice
- Personalised learning recommendations
- Document upload and analysis capabilities
- Quiz and flashcard generation
- Progress tracking and learning analytics
The Service is provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for critical academic or professional decisions.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password confidential and secure
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to our Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, and analyse such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
5.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI in response to your queries is provided for your personal educational use. You may use AI-generated content for learning purposes, but you may not claim such content as your own original work in academic submissions.
6. Subscription and Payment
6.1 Free and Paid Services
We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts have access to core features with certain limitations. Paid subscriptions unlock additional features and remove restrictions.
6.2 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
6.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until then.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- The quality of the Service will meet your expectations
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABOMOS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Abomos Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Abomos Ltd regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
